Function Bands

During your search for a live band, you'll no doubt come across various terms such as 'function bands', 'cover bands', 'wedding bands' and 'party bands'. These terms are all one and the same - a live band that performs covers of well known songs.

Our function and wedding bands perform a wide variety of songs across a range of styles, ensuring every last one of your guests’ enjoyment. When you’re charged with pleasing a crowd, there’s nothing half as successful as crowd-pleasers, after all.

Our cover bands are suitable for medium-to large-scale events such as wedding receptions, awards ceremonies, school reunions, summer balls, fetes, galas, office parties, corporate events, charity events and work Christmas dos.

Our function bands are generally three- or four-pieces – that’s more than enough musicians to raise the roof, if that’s the sort of event you’re planning, but not so many as to make the room seem overly crowded. Essentially, if your venue has enough space to accommodate the space a drum kit takes up and the noise it creates (we don’t want some poor guest sat with their head right next to the bass drum!), you’re good to go.
