Our party DJs are fully insured and have their equipment tested annually. Don't worry- if your venue asks for any evidential documentation, we'll be happy to send that over to you during the booking process.

When booked to perform at a venue, a DJ will bring their own equipment unless otherwise stated. Below are some items that will often be included in your hire.

On the other hand, a more traditional DJ, for example, one that plays vinyl records, is more limited. It's always worth checking in with the DJ before the event to ask how they handle requests to avoid any disappointment on the day. We recommend that a 2 x 2-meter space be provided so our DJs can comfortably set up their equipment and perform.

A DJ will often be booked for an event that lasts a few hours, so it's expected that food and drink be provided during their stay on-site. Musicians never expect to be provided with the same quality of food served to guests and are happy with a simple caterer's meal.

When booked to play an event, your DJ will dress to fit the occasion. This may be casual, smart or smart casual. If your event requires suppliers to wear clothing to match a brand or colour theme, please let us know, and we'll ensure the DJ gets the message.
