About
Looping Louis is a professional solo guitarist who uses a loop pedal to build rich, layered arrangements using only his guitar.
Having earned a first-class honours degree in music, he has since travelled the world performing at prestigious events in Lake Como, Milan, Tuscany, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar and the USA.
Equally at home indoors or outdoors, Looping Louis can perform with or without amplification using a battery-powered PA system. This makes him a flexible choice for unusual venues and hard-to-reach spaces. His varied repertoire includes modern classics, Disney favourites, jazz standards and more.
Louis was perfect for our event. He played us down the aisle to our favourite song, 'send me on my way' from Disney Frozen. He built up the loops very fast so we could have a really upbeat aisle song that sounded like lots of musicians playing at the same time. After this he played a tasteful mix of ambient background music with a few more upbeat pieces which had lots of our guests dancing away.
