Technically superb, and a sophisticated DJ who adapted perfectly to the needs of the dancefloor. Brilliant and would 100% recommend.

Jamie was awesome. He completely understood what we wanted (had a really good chat before the day), going from electro swing to crowd-pleasing pop classics, then to drum and bass... when it was late. We worked with Bands for Hire trying to find the right fit for our garden wedding and after some good suggestions and lots of help from them, we are so... glad that we booked Jamie Berry for our wedding! We wanted something a little different and to capture that swing feel for our black tie event and he delivered and more. Very smooth set up, Jamie was a lovely guy and dressed the part, he played a fantastic swing version of Love Story for our first dance that I think surprised everyone initially and then got them all dancing! It's amazing the dance moves that come out when the music is that good. We are so pleased we chose Jamie to DJ at our wedding. We're big fans of electro swing and he definitely won over the guests - young and old -... who weren't familiar with the genre. Better yet though was that he was also happy to play everything from 70s to 00s and took plenty of requests on the night, so everyone was happy. Some guests took to the floor right after the first dance and didn't sit down again until the very end! Jamie was accommodating to last minute changes in our reception schedule and also helped a couple of our musical friends perform a song they had prepared for us as a surprise. We went to Bands For Hire to find a DJ for our wedding. There were lots of great options of bands/DJs, and we chose DJ Jamie Berry. The service with... Bands For Hire was great - they were very professional and responsive in the lead up to the wedding. And Jamie was great too - we had a call to discuss what we had in mind for the wedding day and he did an amazing job, exactly what we had hoped for. Everything was really seamless - the PA system was all arranged and set up without us having to do anything. And the music was incredible - we got lots of compliments about it afterwards! The process of exploring for a DJ was good – though I had to keep an eye on the location of the artists (I wanted a local artist). Once decided... it was super easy to book and Sam was friendly and professional and responsive. Jamie was to connect before the event and accommodated my requests. On the evening he was unassuming before the gig and then totally rocked it behind the decks. Everyone loved the music from my 16 year old to my 80 year old father in law – no mean feat!
