About
Having met at Edinburgh University, Gift have gone on to become one of the most popular Scottish wedding bands, performing at a wide range of events, including weddings, birthday parties, and private functions. The band have extensive group and individual experience, with performances at theatres and festivals both in the UK and abroad.
The band features a mix of male and female talent, offering a diverse sound that covers many female-led hits from the 1950s onwards. They also incorporate backing vocals to create a fuller, richer sound.
For an additional fee, the band will happily perform a live cover of your chosen first dance, played before their first set. If you’re looking for musical entertainment ideas for the daytime, Gift also offer a range of subtle and laid-back acoustic options, perfect for your ceremony or drinks reception.
