About
The Vacation are a tight 5 - 6-piece function band that offer a varied repertoire of hits including 50s and 60s rock 'n' roll right up to modern-day contemporary hits.
With a set list jam-packed full of music from every decade, the band cover a wide range of genres and artists from The Beatles and Bon Jovi to Blur and Bruno Mars. The Vacation promise to make your event truly memorable making them the ideal entertainment for wedding receptions, private parties and corporate functions.
The Vacation is made up of four highly professional musicians with years of experience under their belts having performed for a host of well-known brands and clients including Heineken, NHS and Admiral. The band come fully self-contained with PA system, lighting and music between sets with additional options to add a professional DJ or sound engineer if required.
The vacations are a fantastic band and a lovely group of people. The standard of musicianship is extremely high, the sound quality excellent, and the vocal performers are very talented. The group were willing to be flexible during the covid situation but as it turned out we were able to have the music we wanted at the volume we wanted, and the band gave a cracking performance. We were not a large wedding party, less than 50 people with quite a few older people, so it was a testament to the band that the dance floor was never empty. The band were also friendly, and we had nice banter with them during their performance which made their set feel very personal to us. We can't recommend them highly enough.
