A fantastically fun and stylish band, The Retro Jets offer the perfect set to cater for vintage weddings and events throughout the UK. Their folk repertoire covers an array of modern pop songs with a folk twist, perfect for vintage weddings, barn parties, festivals and more.
The Retro Jets are highly professional, talented and have even been involved in a feature film starring Michael Caine due to their authentic 1960s sound and image. They're certainly not your average band, offering a wide range of genres seamlessly played in a chic and cool style from soul, northern soul, reggae and funk to jazz, soul, blues, folk, pop and more.
The band features all acoustic instruments: accordion, double bass, percussion and acoustic guitar, along with three vocalists, giving them the flexibility to roam around the event without being tied to speakers or cables.
I have nothing but compliments for the Retro Jets. They were absolutely marvellous as a group, easy to communicate with before and during the evening, and both singers had incredible voices. I would hire them again without hesitancy.
