About
Offering both an instrumental duo and 3-piece with vocals, Dusky cover a range of jazz standards, Latin jazz, bossa nova and pop songs to suit any occasion.
Melding twentieth-century jazz with contemporary artists, the band integrate loop and guitar pedals to create a relaxed and distinctive style - the perfect addition to weddings and corporate drinks receptions.
For low-key background music, the band's duo lineup featuring guitar and trumpet can provide the perfect musical backdrop.
Dusky have experience performing live at venues such as the Natural History Museum, ArcelorMittal Orbit and the Royal Academy of Arts.
Dusky played for our ‘Christmas with Bentley’ event in December. They went down a treat with the guest, one man (who in fact, used to be an professional opera singer), joined in with them. The 3-piece band have their own fantastic, unique style in music. They were great to work with and exceeded the brief we gave them. We would definitely use them again for future events.
