We offer wedding bands in the North West to cover a range of budgets. You can expect the price of a 3-piece or 4-piece band to start anywhere from £1000-£1500.

If you're looking for a larger party band featuring male and female vocals, and horn section, we also represent a number of pop/soul bands charging anything from £2000-£5000 for the evening's entertainment.

Our wedding bands will include everything you need in one package price. Hire a North West function band with us and they’ll provide a sound system, lighting rig, and DJ playlists throughout the evening.

In general, a North West wedding band will usually include all of the following as standard in their quote:

• Set up and soundcheck from 5:30 pm/6 pm
• 2 x 60 minute or 3 x 40 minute live sets
• DJ Playlists throughout the evening
• Professional sound system (PA system, speakers etc.)
• Lighting rig
• Public Liability Insurance
• PAT tested equipment

All of our function bands provide playlists between and after sets free of charge. However, if you're looking for a member of the band to DJ, many of our covers bands can provide a DJ service for a small additional fee.

What is a DJ service? A DJ service usually means that a member of the band will take care of the music on the night, mixing songs, taking requests and making announcements as and when required. This is always a nice addition and usually works out cheaper than hiring a professional wedding DJ.

Our function bands regularly perform at wedding venues across the North West including Carlisle, Cheshire, Chester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Lancaster, Liverpool, Manchester, Merseyside, Preston, Salford.

Wedding bands usually base their quote on a standard arrival time of approximately 5:30 pm/6 pm. If the band are setting up in a separate room to the meal and speeches, they'll be able to set up straight away. Otherwise, the band will usually wait until the meal and speeches have finished avoiding any interruptions.

Our wedding bands in the North West are always happy to fit in with your schedule. As a rule, we recommend that the band starts no earlier than 8:30 pm/9 pm to avoid peaking too early on in the evening.

Function bands typically take around an hour to set up and sound check. If you've booked a large party band, you may need to allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
