Biography
Blacksmiths have travelled across the globe performing at a range of events, from weddings to festivals - the band even won a T.V. show in France for 'the world's best cover band'.
Covering as many musical styles as possible, the Blacksmiths have cultivated a rich repertoire of songs that are performed in their own unique style. UK garage, 90s dance, current pop and 60s rock 'n' roll is just a small taste of what the band have to offer.
Blacksmiths are able to offer a folksy style set that includes special arrangements of well-known hits by using the mandolin, double bass, acoustic guitars and violin. Alternatively, they can provide an electric set and rock out to all the favourites making the band incredibly versatile to adapting to varying themes and styles of event.
Blacksmiths have shared the stage with famous acts such as Status Quo, Roger Daltrey & Paul Gilbert as well as performing for many West End musicals from 'Jersey Boys' and 'Wicked' to 'Bat Out Of Hell' and 'School Of Rock'.
I just wanted to say a huge thanks to all of you from myself and Alex, you're performance on Saturday was amazing! You were fantastic and really made tuned the evening into a party! We are both so grateful for having you there with us and we'll definitely recommend you to everyone we know.
