Joseph James was absolutely brilliant and we would definitely hire again. His singing was outstanding and everyone at the event loved it. He was so accommodating as our plans changed... throughout the day due to the weather, yes we had him performing outside, but he never complained and was helpful throughout, even providing background music when he wasn't actually performing. He was professional on the day, contacted me a couple of days before to confirm everything, and arrived when expected, I really couldn't have asked for anymore, or fault him in anyway.
