Biography
Basement Sax started life in 2012. The quartet bring their own style, passion and diverse experiences which brings together a professional saxophone quartet suitable for any occasion.
The band specialises in vintage 1920s Jazz focussing on image and authenticity as well as a high standard of music. The sax quartet adds a modern twist on the traditional string quartet. The foursome also have a varied repertoire spanning from classical through to pop hits such as Beatles and Queen.
Due to the increasing popular demand for quartets for weddings, Basement Sax have a specially selected repertoire for your special day. Available for formal and informal occasions, the quartet ensure the music fits perfectly for the occasion. Whether it’s performing at corporate events, weddings, or anything in between, Basement Sax add another level of interest engagement for the audience.
