We represent bands starting at approximately £1000-£1200 in South Wales. There are a number of factors that can affect the price of a wedding band in Cardiff, such as travelling distance, expenses, peak season dates, extended set times, early arrivals and late finish times.

All of our wedding bands in Cardiff offer an inclusive wedding package to cover everything you'll need for your big day. This includes PA system (speakers / sound system), lighting rig and music between sets to keep your guests on the dance floor all night long.

We'll always send you a breakdown of what's included in your quote, but you typically expect your Cardiff wedding band to include the following:

• Set up and soundcheck from 5:30 pm/6 pm
• 2 x 60 minute or 3 x 40 minute live sets
• DJ Playlists throughout the evening
• Professional sound system (PA system, speakers etc.)

Yes, whilst all of our wedding bands provide free mp3 playlists to keep the party in full flow, many of our bands also offer optional DJ sets for a small additional fee.

A laptop DJ service (or DJ package) involves a member of the band DJ-ing between and after sets, mixing tracks, making announcements and generally being on hand to take requests on the night.

Every one of our wedding bands has put together a varied set list of songs to appeal to a broad audience. From classic hits from the 50s and 60s, right through to soul, Motown, funk, hip hop, indie, rock, pop and modern chart songs.

So whether you're looking for rock 'n' roll favourites from the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Chuck Berry, or modern classics from the likes of Mumford and Sons, The Killers, Kings of Leon, Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars, you're sure to find something that suits guests of all ages.

All of our Cardiff function bands will be happy to learn and perform your first dance song, please just let us know at least six weeks in advance so we can ensure it's suitable for their line-up.

Most bands include one song request within the price but please check prior to booking if you have something in mind.

Of course, there are no limits if your venue has the space! We represent wedding bands that can offer an incredible line-up of 12 or more members to include multiple vocalists, percussion and choreographed dancers for an explosive live performance.

Every Cardiff wedding band we work with has spent years on the circuit earning their stripes. Wedding bands usually base their quote on a standard arrival time of approximately 5:30 pm/6 pm. If the band are setting up in a separate room to the meal and speeches, they'll be able to set up straight away. Otherwise, the band will usually wait until the meal and speeches have finished avoiding any interruptions.

Your wedding band will be happy to fit in with your schedule. As a rule, we recommend that the band starts no earlier than 8:30 pm/9 pm to avoid peaking too early on in the evening.

Covers bands typically take around an hour to set up and sound check. If you've booked a larger party band, you may need to allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
