How much does it cost to hire a wedding band in Hampshire?

A typical wedding band in Hampshire will usually charge anywhere between £1000 and £2000, depending on the number of musicians in the band, the amount of travelling distance and other factors such as time of the year and the amount of time at the venue.

What's included in the band's fee?

Our wedding bands will put together an all-inclusive price to cover everything you need on the day. We'll outline full details on your quote, but as a guide, you can expect your package to include the following:

  • 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets to finish by midnight
  • Professional PA system (Speakers, mixing desk, amps etc)
  • High-quality lighting for performance area and dance floor
  • DJ Playlists before, between and after live sets until midnight
  • Travel expenses
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • PAT test certificates

Do your Hampshire wedding bands provide a DJ package?

Every one of our Hampshire bands will provide free DJ playlist music between sets in the absence of a DJ – essential to keep the party atmosphere in full flow.

If you really want to keep your guests on the dance floor, a number of our cover bands can also provide an optional DJ service for a small additional fee. This involves a member of the band mixing songs on the night, taking song requests and making announcements.

Of course, if you'd prefer to hire a separate professional DJ, you can head over to our wedding DJ page to see what's on offer.
