Classical musicians such as string ensembles and harpists are usually able to source sheet music online, but if there's none available, there may be a small cost incurred for a bespoke arrangement.

We offer an extensive range of wedding musicians to suit any budget. You'll find our harpists, guitarists and pianists typically start from £250-300 for a short performance. This will typically include 15-20 minutes of guest arrival music and 3-4 ceremony songs.

Live wedding ceremony musicians generally have a minimum booking fee and then quote based on the time spent at the venue. For this reason, it's often more financially viable to hire a musician for the ceremony and background music during the afternoon drinks reception.

We recommend booking your wedding musicians up to a year in advance if you're keen to secure your favourite act. Whilst many musicians are booked up to 18 months in advance, you should still find a selection of acts available if booking closer to the date.

Yes, most wedding ceremony musicians are happy to perform outside if the weather is dry. We always recommend having a gazebo or marquee available to protect the musicians from the elements regardless of the weather.
