We represent a huge selection of bands across North Yorkshire to cater for a wide range of budgets. Our 3-piece and 4-piece wedding bands typically start in the region of £1000-£1250, with larger party bands charging anything from £1500 upwards.

To make things easy, we've designed our wedding band packages to be simple, streamlined and all-inclusive.

On the big day, your York wedding band will rock up with a full PA system, lighting rig and a bespoke playlist of related music to keep the good vibes flowing throughout the evening until midnight. Just let us know in advance if you plan on finishing later than midnight so we can arrange this with the band and adjust your quote to allow for the extra time.

Below is a typical example of the packages our bands provide:

• 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets to finish by midnight
• Professional PA system (Speakers, mixing desk, amps etc)
• High-quality lighting for performance area and dance floor
• DJ Playlists before, between and after live sets until midnight
• Travel expenses
• Public Liability Insurance and required PAT test certificates

The majority of our wedding bands in York perform an upbeat selection of party classics from every decade and genre – this is a great way to get guests of all ages and musical preferences involved and up on the dance floor. However, we also have several cover bands in York who stick to one particular style of music, which is a great option when planning your wedding around a particular theme.

A number of the live bands we represent also offer additional extras to cover your ceremony music, drinks reception and wedding breakfast. If you're looking for a solo wedding musician, acoustic act or jazz band, just let us know and we'll fill you in on the options available.

Every function band we work with provides playlists or mp3 music between and after sets within their quote. If you'd prefer something a little more hands on, many of our party bands also offer a professional DJ service for a small additional fee. This is always a fantastic way to add some variety to your wedding party without booking a separate wedding DJ.

Our most popular cover bands usually feature at least three musicians. Below are some of the most common line-ups we work with:

Of course, there are no limits if your venue has the space! We represent wedding bands that can offer an incredible line-up of 12 or more members to include multiple lead vocalists, percussion and choreographed dancers for an explosive live performance.

Sound limiters are a familiar feature in wedding venues across the UK and almost all of our bands are more than happy to work with them. Please do let us know prior to booking so that we can ensure your covers band can accommodate the venue's terms and conditions.
