We offer an extensive selection of local Kent wedding bands to work with your budget. You can expect to find 3-piece and 4-piece bands starting from approximately £1000-£1400, with larger bands charging anything from £2000 upwards.

There are a number of factors that can affect a band's fee including travelling distance/expenses, the number of members in the band, early arrivals and late finish times.

The bands we work with offer an all-inclusive entertainment package to cover everything you'll need on the day. All band offer a slightly different package but in general, you can expect your quote to include PA system (sound system, speakers etc.), lighting rig and playlists throughout the evening to keep your guests on the dance floor.

Below is an example of a typical wedding band package:

• Set up and soundcheck from 5:30 pm/6 pm
• 2 x 60 minute or 3 x 40 minute live sets
• DJ Playlists throughout the evening
• Professional sound system (PA system, speakers etc.)
• Lighting rig
• Public Liability Insurance
• PAT tested equipment

A number of our bands also offer optional extras such as early setup times, late finish times, a professional DJ service, afternoon acoustic sets and ceremony wedding music.

Every party band we work with will provide free mp3 playlists between and after sets as standard to ensure the party never stops. However, if you'd prefer something a little more hands-on, most bands also offer the option to add on a professional DJ service which involves a member of the band mixing tracks and taking song requests throughout the evening.

Our Kent wedding bands regularly perform at wedding venues across the South of England including Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Gillingham, Gravesend, Herne Bay, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne, St Peters, Tunbridge Wells and Whitstable.

All of our Kent function bands will be more than happy to learn and perform your first dance song. We'll usually need to run your song request past the band to check that it's suitable for their line-up, so please let us know in advance.

Most bands will learn one new song free of charge, but please note that some bands do charge a small fee to cover their rehearsal expenses.

Of course, there are no limits if your venue has the space! We represent wedding bands that can offer an incredible line-up of 12 or more members to include multiple vocalists, percussion and choreographed dancers for an explosive live performance.

Wedding bands usually base their quote on a standard arrival time of approximately 5:30 pm/6 pm. If the band are setting up in a separate room to the meal and speeches, they'll be able to set up straight away. Otherwise, the band will usually wait until the meal and speeches have finished avoiding any interruptions.

Our wedding bands in Suffolk are always happy to work around your schedule. As a general rule, we recommend that the band starts no earlier than 8:30pm/9pm to avoid peaking too early on in the evening.

Function bands typically take around an hour to set up and sound check. If you've booked a large party band, you may need to allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
